Senior Recruiter (m/f/d)
In 100% remote, Frankfurt or Berlin
The company is looking for an experienced technical recruiter. The ideal candidate would be a professional experienced in high growth businesses, being able to work within multiple competing demands. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain and improve recruitment best practice whilst maintaining best service to both candidates and hiring managers. As the company is growing within Europe, the role offers high exposure to international markets. The candidate must have experience operating and engaging with senior level stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Several years of experience working in small to medium companies. Ideally in tech companies.
- Experienced in recruiting technical and/or IT roles.
- Ability to manage and improve recruitment processes, improving onboarding experiences and building pipelines.
- Extensive knowledge of ATS systems.
- Team player that can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in German & English.
