Our client, a thriving NYC based Asset Management firm known for its high performance, tight knit team of HR professionals and steady success within its industry sector, is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Associate to serve as second in command within their exceptional reward function.
This role is perfect for a junior compensation professional with about 5 years or relevant exposure behind them who is looking to launch their career more solidly into the strategic realm and take on benefits strategy as well as day to day total rewards planning (benefits administration is handled by an additional resource).
