I am excited to be working with a leading brand in cyber security who is embarking on a high growth strategy and in need of an experienced Snr Talent Acquisition Partner to join their global team. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for hiring across the UK and into Europe but will also support roles globally.
You will have full ownership of the candidate sourcing strategy and have access to the latest online recruitment technology to assist you in sourcing top talent from around the world and building an extensive talent pool for future hiring. Attending industry events, career and recruitment fairs and creating strategic partnerships with agency recruiters will also be key.
Customer service will be at the centre of what you do. You will be a valued partner to all stakeholders and will collaborate with hiring managers to create seamless recruitment processes ensuring candidate attraction and engagement throughout while keeping hiring managers well informed.
To be successful in this role you will have 4+ years proven in house recruitment experience ideally within the software industry and you will have recruited for PMs, data scientists, infosec experts, engineering talent and more.
You will have strong project management skills and be comfortable recruiting for a high volume of roles while building and managing solid relationships with different stakeholders.
Ideally you will have experience recruiting into at least one other region internationally.
