We are delighted to be partnering with a reputable Financial Services firm on a HR Analytics search. With a well-developed HR team, they have a new role under the C&B team to manage HR Analytics and Reporting for the business. You will be maintaining HR data integrity, developing key metrics and analytics and delivering standardized HR reporting.
Reporting to the team lead, you will develop and continually enhance HR reporting and procedures - including talent analytics, metrics and dashboards across employee lifecycle. You will be conducting data gathering and assessment and provide analysis that produce effective insights for the business. You will generate regular reports through utilising various analytical tools and provide detailed analysis for management review. You will also be handling system related projects while working along side a IS specialist to manage HRIS usage.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven calibre with experience in Programing, VBA, HR Analytics and Reporting. You should be fluent in both English and Cantonese. You must have strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in accessing data in HRIS (Oracle/Cloud-based System) is a plus. You should have strong numeric sense and the ability to manage competing priorities.
