- Oversee the full recruitment cycle
- Develop recruitment programs and strategies on an international level
- Collaborate with and coach hiring managers
- Act as the 1st POC for all candidates, communicating with potential and inbound candidates
- Extensive experience in recruitment (both strategic and operational)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Motivated and driven with a forward-thinking outlook
- Highly organised with great professional and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with others, including hiring managers
