Our client, a well known non-profit located in downtown NYC, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take this small but mighty team of 3 to the next level. This person will be tasked with employer branding, elevating their marketing pieces, revamping their Careers website, working on DE&I initiatives as well as owning their own requisitions and handling full cycle recruitment. This organization is going through an HR transformation so it's a great time to be a part of a growing company where there is a lot of work to be done and building credibility with senior leaders as well as its employees is key. From a culture fit perspective, they need someone who can pivot on a moment's notice, doesn't get easily flustered and is excited by a challenge. Ideally located in NYC or DC but open to someone on the East Coast who needs 100% remote with a willingness to travel at some point in the future.
