We have a current opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Central London.
Our client, an independent and leading nvestment firm are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their organisation on a full-time permanent basis.
The business operate across four service lines - investment advisory, co-investments, merchant banking and family office services.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overall responsibility for talent acquisition across all business lines of the group including our support divisions
Point of contact for the end-to-end recruitment process working closely with the HRBPs
Partner with HRBPs and line managers to discuss new vacancies and resourcing strategy, promoting opportunities and ways which will improve diversity in our hiring process
Actively encouraging the use of direct sourcing and being expert at this form of recruitment
Work with our DE&I strategic partnerships to promote current and future opportunities, with the aim of increasing candidates coming through from underrepresented groups
Be an expert on writing inspiring, inclusive job descriptions
Liaise with Assistants to ensure interviews are scheduled
Guide and advise stakeholders on offer processes, selling strategies and resignation support
Be the key point of contact for our PSL agency relationships and help them to manage successful relationships with us
Provide crisp, timely reporting to senior and line management to keep them regularly informed on recruitment projects against budget, plus keep an overview of our annual activities
Assessment of recruiting processes across all organisations/locations to create a cohesive AlTi approach
Work with the HRBPs to implement interview skills training
Assist with Graduate and Internship recruitment as and when needed
Work with marketing to develop/maintain company careers page
Managing the ATS
The successful individual will possess the following skills and experience:
Experience in recruiting into the Wealth and Asset Management space either from an agency, RPO or in-house environment
The ability to manage multiple different local and international stakeholders and roles
Exceptional organisational skills
Knowledge of headhunting and LinkedIn
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Ability to work across cultures and in a hybrid workplace
A strong focus on DE&I
Comfortable with working in a small entrepreneurial team where we all muck in and help each other
Strong MS Office experience in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
