Our client, a leader in the global fintech market, is looking for a Talent Acquisiton Manager to join the U.S. team of around 150 employees in the New York office. This leader must be a blend of both strategic and tactical, as you will be helping to build out the talent acquisition function. This candidate will have dense expertise in the full lifecycle recruitment - partnering with leaders and hiring managers to understand and assess recruitment needs, create detailed job descriptions, develop recruitment strategies globally, review resumes, source and interview candidates, and advise hiring managers on key decisions throughout the process. A minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment is a must. Experience in fintech and financial services is highly desirable.
