We are delighted to currently be partnering with an exciting technology driven organisation in the consumer products and retail sector to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the organisation on their continued successful growth journey.
The TA Manager will leader the recruitment function and be responsible for driving all recruitment activities, improving processes and implementing innovative and creative initiatives and ways of working. Responsibilities will include;
- Managing the end to end hiring process. This will include creating job descriptions, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, supporting hiring managers through to offer stages, compliance and onboarding.
- Partnering with leadership and hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring plans.
- Leveraging technology to streamline recruiting processes
- Developing talent acquisition processes that ensure consistency and ensure a fantastic, inclusive, candidate experience.
- Developing the employer brand and driving talent attraction activities.
Successful candidates with have proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process within a fast-paced, ideally tech driven environment. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in improving and implementing processes.
