Talent Acquisition Partner
We are partnering with a Not-For-Profit organisation who are on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fun and friendly HR team.
This role will see you responsible for the management of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure appropriate and timely supply of resources for the business in line with their vision, mission, strategy and values.
- End to end recruitment, delivering high quality candidate care from initial contact through to onboarding
- Development and maintenance of the recruitment and onboarding system (PageUp)
- Preparation, variation and termination of employment contracts
- Advertising vacancies on relevant platforms
- Facilitate employee on-boarding and pre-employment compliance checks
- Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage recruitment initiatives from start to finish
- Excellent computer skills, including experience using candidate management systems
- Sound working knowledge of National Employment Standards and relevant employment legislation at a national and state level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
