I am currently working alongside an exciting global FinTech business who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding Talent team.
You will be given the opportunity to work alongside some experienced recruiters and act as a true ambassador for the business.
Your responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Specialist will include:
- Partnering with the senior members of the team to research the market and identify where best to source senior hires
- Actively sourcing and recruiting the best talent on the market
- Creating external networks and developing a pipeline of senior talent, making it easy for the business to hire at pace
- Contributing ideas to our ongoing D&I strategy
- Maintaining a high level of candidate experience
- Acting as a brand ambassador
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for Talent Acquisition and will further be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. They will also need to be able to manage senior stakeholders and work with a high attention to detail. Experience within the technology/fintech space is preferable and ideally candidates will have had good agency exposure.
This is a permanent role based in Central London paying between £35,000 and £40,000.
