We are currently partnering with an exciting fintech start up that is expanding quickly with an excellent market presence across Southeast Asia. This firm is ahead of the curve when it comes to attracting top talent and due to growth of the organisation they are investing in hiring pro-active and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialists.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for managing Technology OR Financial Services hiring end-to-end, partnering with leadership and the business in a consultative role. They are looking for this person to leverage innovative channels to attract top talent and also ensure ongoing dialogue is in place to facilitate resource management and pipeline into the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced firm that is scaling fast with a focus on creativity and quality which reflects the organisation's high performance culture. You will play a significant role in the planning, managing and evaluating the success of regional recruitment projects, work closely with the Marketing team on employee branding. You will be part of a collaborative TA team and you will work together to share ideas.

Essential: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment. Open to inhouse talent acquisition specialists / or high performing agency recruitment consultants who are dedicated to transitioning in house
Desirable: Ideally exposure to tech OR financial services hiring
