Talent Acquisition Specialist (temp to perm)

Our client is a leading global Asset Management firm with a strong international presence.

They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Human Resources department, specifically the Talent Acquisition team which is responsible for managing all hiring that arises across the firm globally.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including but not limited to, arranging interviews, and coordinating with recruitment agencies, posting jobs to both internal and external job boards, and interviewing candidates at varying levels of seniority for upcoming vacancies.

You will be reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and will work closely with each business area cross the company to provide guidance on recruitment methods and best practice. You will create recruitment approaches for the business to include both direct and indirect sourcing methods.

You will also work in collaboration with the HR Business Partners to ensure key contribution to wider HR policies. Furthermore, your role will require involvement in a range of cross-department projects to help meet business objectives.

The successful applicant must have previous experience recruiting into financial services in order to succeed within this role. You will ideally have worked in-house and recruited into multiple internal functions.

Expertise with managing large quantities of roles whilst also having experience in behavioural/competency- based interviews is also key to being successful in this role. Understanding of remuneration structures and involvement in early careers programmes is highly beneficial. Furthermore, you must be capable of working both collaboratively and independently to work towards the relevant business objectives.

Alongside this, the ideal candidate must have strong communication skills both verbal and written, with an attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
