We have an exciting Talenat Development opportunity available which can be based in Washington D.C or several other major US cities, (i.e. Chicago, Boston, New York). Our client, a revered global professional services firm is seeking an innovative Talent Development professional to serve as their Americas Talent Lead. The ideal hire will have at least 8 years of relevant experience and will join their well established and high caliber HR team to focus on the development and learning offerings for largely non partner Consulting Talent across the Americas.

Sitting regularly in any of the firm's locations (Chicago, DC, Boston, Dallas, New York, or San Francisco) this creative and innovative Talent and Learning professional will offer experience out of management consulting or financial / professional services environments known for intellectual rigor and a high talent bar. Designing and delivering bespoke local and regional talent, leadership and learning and development programs at the consultant level, this hire will be a skilled project manager with a passion for developing talent.
