We're helping our client, a hi-growth, global management consulting firm with 5000+ employees, to hire a Technical Recruiter to manage full-life cycle recruiting for client-facing management consultants aligned with their Digital Practice for The Americas region. This is the fastest growing practice at the firm. This role is a replacing an incumbent who left the firm recently and can be based in New York City, Boston, or Chicago. Come January, the firm will transition employees to a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days offsite.

Our client is seeking candidates with 3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience. While open on industry, management consulting sector experience would be a strong plus. Creative, direct sourcing capabilities are critical, as is the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a hi-touch candidate and client experience. Average volume is 20-30 ongoing searches. Key for success is a deep understanding of tech to both be able to clearly understand the search requirements and criteria, as well as attract and evaluate top technical talent. This role will report into a regional Head of Experienced Hire Recruiting and will work alongside a peer group of 7. The team is supported by 3 Recruiting Coordinators who handle all aspects of candidate scheduling, data entry, offer letter generation, and transition to onboarding.

Although there are established practices in place to support high volume recruiting, the culture of the firm still has a strong entrepreneurial feel. Our client is seeking candidates with a high degree of professionalism and polish coupled with grit and low ego. A stable, progressive track record of employment is preferred.
